New Eyes! (oh, and some other stuff)

Hello my dears! As is often the case with my new releases, I powered through these and so now I am exhausted and out of it. So please pardon my lack of eloquence haha! Anyway, check what I got in store for ya-

NEW EYES
.{Rue}. has got some New eyes! I was missing having some good feline-esque eyes, and while Felid (from way back in my House of Ruin days) was good, I always knew I could do better. And I think I did ...

Introducing Grimalkin!

.{Rue}. Eyes / Grimalkin

108 colors total, divided up into 18 sets (6 eyes per set). Each color comes with matching prims, of course :) Check out the colorchart below:

The sets are L$150 each, like all my other eyesets, and the fatpack is L$1080 (a more-than 50% savings).

And following in my release-day-special tradition, one of the sets (Mythos, my personal fave) is only L$55 for the next 24-48 hours! After that it'll go up to the regular 150L, so get it now while it's cheap!

Other News

  • I've updated my policy - no huge changes, really, just clarified, explained and answered a few questions I get asked pretty frequently. You can find it at the "Policy" tab up above.
  • I tried eliminating notecards and LMs from packaging, but ultimately feel that it's just not that useful, so you'll start finding them in your packages again.
  • Newer, prettier shop sign/logo!

As you can probably tell, I am gradually working on changing a lot of things about .{Rue}. (for the better!). I'm sure there will be some hiccups as I shift things around, but it'll all turn out for the best in the end. In the meantime, I ask for your patience. And, if you run into any issues, don't hesitate to contact me - I don't bite! :D

Useful Disasters

Well. I have lost a huge amount of computer files for the second time. Included in this recent loss were all of my ad and product templates, as well as a lot of collected resources (both free and purchased). So, you know, that sucks. I am nothing if not fairly resilient, however. So, I'm going to use this opportunity to clean house, organize, and start from scratch. Winds of Change!

I'm really excited to announce two pieces of news for .{Rue}.! Drumroll please .... #1: I have a partner! My friend Themis Enzo has done me the honor of joining the brand .{Rue}. <3 She will be creating under the brand, and may even be bringing in some of her favorite Favole items! She'll be helping out a lot with the advertising too, so expect her name to be attached to blogposts, notecards, messages and the like. We also have some plans stewing of collaborations, which is pretty exciting. While she'll be managing a lot of the public face of .{Rue}., I do recommend for product questions and issues to contact the person who made the item (in other words, check the items' properties for the creator). It's not a big deal if you get the wrong person, as we'll pass the messages on to each other, but it will probably be faster for *you* if you contact the particular creator directly. Finally, something new and ... horny. ahem.

This is kind of a huge update, so bear with me! :) So, after reviewing my old House of Ruin horn textures, I decided they were unsatisfactory and set out to make better ones. It's taken me a while and a few failures, but AT LAST I have created a set of textures that I find lovely and satisfies my inner critic! Here are the standard color packs that every horn style will come in (click through on the pic to see them huge, up close and personal). Each has 10 different textures, and will be L$150 each, with the fatpack of 5 for L$375: In addition, I have 2 extra special packs .. 1.) One, especially for 7 Seas custom catches - 2.) and one especially for Moody Mondays (with an extra color :D) -   Ok, so, new textures, so what? Right? Well, of course I wouldn't let you in on the new textures if I didn't actually have something to put them ON.
