.{Rue}. has amped up for Halloween and this month we're not only in "We Love Role-Play" but we are also in TWO MORE events, and there are some new releases at each! A long time ago House of Ruin (Ruina's old brand) was in one of Pulse Games' Halloween game/hunts and it was so much fun! For those unfamiliar with how it works - it's a massive horror themed game that takes place in a truly breathtaking build. You have to solve puzzles and figure out the story to get to the end. Along the way, there are all kinds of goodies hidden throughout the game by all the supporting designers. At the end of the build you'll find a little souvenir shop filled with cool stuff from all the designers who hide stuff along the way! It's possible no one cares about this except me, or that folks might feel this issue is too trifling to comment on, but I feel it's important to acknowledge it anyway. "Don't be a jerk" has been a longtime motto of mine. I consider it a rule for life. Unfortunately, sometimes it's possible to be a jerk without knowing it, or without intending it. And when that happens, the best way to not continue to be a jerk is to own up to what you've done and make amends. I've named at least one eye color that I've made "Gypsy" (it's in the Tonic, Tonic XXX, and Pluto lines, at least). I always thought the word simply referred to a person (of any race or creed) that chose a nomadic life. I was peripherally aware of a connection to the Romani, but didn't think much of it. It's my favorite month of the year, and that means for this month only  , in honor of Halloween and Día de Muertos, you can purchase all of my horns in STRIPES. For the unintiated - observe the Imp color pack: You will find ALL the horns I've made (well, except Warden, but that one maybe later this month) in this pack stacked in the middle of my shop , with the sets that are NEW this year off to the right! All demos are in one box (over to the left I think), too, for easy testing. ~ ALSO! I have at last made some *body* horns (which have been requested for ages). I'm really pleased with how these turned out.  There are 6 pieces - head, chest, shoulders, and elbows. It's a subtle, simple set that will be able to go with a wide variety of avatar types. Copy and Mod as always. You'll find demos, colors, and fatpack out in front of the shop under "new", but note! Three of the colors (Faun, Seraphim, and Siren) are only available

A new round of "We <3 Roleplay" will be opening up at 3pm SLT tomorrow (the 4th) , and this month I've put out some colorpacks of a horn that haven't been available for a little while: Pyromancer! I picked the warmer colorpacks inspired by summer and the fiery nature of the hornset ^_^ These are ONLY available at "We <3 Role-Play" for the duration of this round. Afterwords, I'll put out all the rest of the colors and the fatpack. Which reminds me ... Because of a very generous offer from a friend .{Rue}. won't disappear *entirely* from inworld. We'll be keeping a small 'info center' at the Aurora Vale shop , where you'll be able to find the subscriber, group joiners, news, and a thing or two to purchase :)

Themis and I have decided that having a shop in world is just not working for us and our first lives (tm), so we will be moving exclusively to the Marketplace. We are *not* closing. This blog, the website, and all our various places we announce our work will be maintained. It's just that you'll have to shop on the MP for our things, instead of in world. That said, it *will* take us time to get all our current stuff up on the MP, let alone the new things we make, so if you *don't* want to to wait for when something currently in shop shows up on the marketplace, I suggest you hurry and purchase it before August 7th, because that's when I'll be picking up all in world shops.
